Wonderful store.
I don't think it would close but there's no harm in asking anyways.
it is so sad that joann/ fabroc/craif stores are cloaing. will there be closers in oregon & washington and what loaction? in 2021/2022
Maybe it would be helpful if Joanns ditched all the extra decorating cr-p and just go back to fabric and crafts? Never understood why they added it in the first place, ditch it, smaller size store and viola- simple solved the problem of closing... — read more
As Sterling gains a brand new JoAnn store, Leesburg in turn will lose one. There have been rumors for a while now that the Joann in Leesburg will be closing this year and it looks like that those rumors have proven to be more or less correct. It's a... — read more
Can we expect new Joann closings?
Totally displeased with the closing of the Joann store in Memphis. The 7746 Polo Grounds store. The closing seemed so sudden to me! Like that store was perfectly fine. Excellent sometimes, even. Why did it close? I just do not understand the thought... — read more
Joann closed in Anchorage last year. Most likely because of the pandemic. Is it just me or did the chain close all over the country? There haven't been a lot of closings but yeah. I noticed them disappearing slowly. I hope that the entire company... — read more
When did JOANN close at 1311 E 3300th S in Salt Lake City? It was a respectable store. Not every JOANN needs to be perfect. It didn't need to close.
Very proud that JoAnn only saw little to no closures recently. That is good for the company. However, it's still incredibly sad that JoAnn Fabrics closed last year at Point a Carlisle Plaza. I wish we won't see that happening this year.
During our Christmas dinner I had an interesting conversation with my in-laws when the topic of Joann and their stores came up. We're really interested to know why the store at 1311 E 3300th S in Salt Lake City closed. Anybody know? I was there... — read more
The Polo Grounds Jo-Ann store in Memphis closed back in September last year and it moved to the Forest Hill Irene Road location. Dunno if that store is still open however.
When did it shutter? It was lovely but I wish their parking situation was better. It would benefit them in the long run to fix that issue. Obviously now for the Metairie store it doesn't matter now but I mean their other stores that have these same... — read more
Dang, this year couldn't be more soul-crushing even if it tried. Is it REALLY true that the JOANN Fabrics in Mountain View is closed permanently? Could it reopen next year? I positively adore the San Antonio Rd store so this closing is just... — read more
Wish that Joann could reopen some of their stores again. The one that closed in Colma for example. Parking now is such a hassle (but when is parking NOT a hassle though ugh) and besides that, the Colma store was so great too.
Please share only permanent closures!
Please list any closures that will happen this summer. I'm hoping for the best and that none will actually occur but realistically at least a couple stores will probably close, no?
Why is Joann Fabric closed in MT Vernon, WA? Did I make a mistake or something? Was it closed the other day or no?
What the hell why are all Joannes craft stores closing
Just heard from an employee and visiting a half empty store that it is closing! Don’t know anymore info at this time.
Have Jo-Ann Fabric stores closed or do some still insist on being essential businesses? I know that times are tough and being able to work is important but honestly, can't they close even for a week or two? That would be fair.
I have been worried about JoAnn Fabrics for some time now and my friend says the fear is unfounded, all I have to do is show her the stores JoAnn closed over the past year. Is the chain going out of business? God. I pray it's not.
I would like to buy a sewing machine.when can I come to the store? What is the price?
I know that some stores argued they were essential but could any of them closed permanently because of the covid19 pandemic?
This JoAnn in Villa Park just couldn't stand a chance. It had a lot of promise in the beginning when it first opened but as time passed by it was obvious to everyone that, while their other Illinois locations were amazing, this one was not.
I would always go shopping with my high school BFF at this store. We aren't on speaking terms anymore and that makes me sad. Until recently I at least had this store as a nostalgic reminder of our friendship but even that is no longer a part of my... — read more
I immensely appreciated Joann selling materials and crafting (no pun intended) from said materials masks and other medic equipment that is needed during this coronavirus pandemic but I have to agree that it is for the best that they remain closed for... — read more
Any info on when they will open the stores again?
The JoAnn craft store at 715 U.S. 41 in Schererville has been deemed as a non essential business by the police so it was forced to close. I was a bit mad about that but honestly that is the best course of action right now. I just miss having a craft... — read more
Please keep this store open as there is nowhere else to get our fabrics and craft supplies. Many of us have no cars so we need it in a location where we can walk to the store and get our materials. Please keep this store open for our community !!
Joann Fabrics closed here. That's really so sad. I remember being so happy to find out that Joann would open a store here, so long ago. Time kinda flies by so fast. Hopefully they will open a new store in the neighborhood soon.
