Totally displeased with the closing of the Joann store in Memphis. The 7746 Polo Grounds store. The closing seemed so sudden to me! Like that store was perfectly fine. Excellent sometimes, even. Why did it close? I just do not understand the thought process behind this decision.

Maybe they need a bigger store and are moving your store to a city or town near by or maybe to a place that is one hour away so they can have a bigger store.
You need to go to the store and ask why they are closing.
And let the owner tell you why.
They know more than anyone else does.
Owner is the best person to ask.
