As Sterling gains a brand new JoAnn store, Leesburg in turn will lose one. There have been rumors for a while now that the Joann in Leesburg will be closing this year and it looks like that those rumors have proven to be more or less correct. It's a pity that such a great store will be gone soon but there's nothing we can do to prevent it.
