I feel so bad 'cause the employees of that store are probably jobless. They were always so nice to me and were always friendly. The Giant Eagle at 280 E Whittier St would have been nothing without them.

And yet another Northern Lights anchor store is closing, the lovely Giant Eagle will close their supermarket next year on January 2nd and that's so sad to me. The Northern Lights Shopping Center will seem emptier without Giant Eagle.

The Giant Eagle mall store in Pittsburgh will be closing while this crisis continues but it will reinvent itself as a fulfillment center for curbside pickup and delivery orders only as well so in a way it stays open? I guess?

To anyone interested in such news, there has been an announcement that Giant Eagle will lose about 30 Huntington Bank branches as the bank tries to save money by closing them. This is mildly inconvenient to me but I will live.

This store was almost always half-empty and there were no attempts in making it a better place. It's regretful to see a store go down like this, but I hope Giant Eagle will learn from this Mentor location and do better next time.

That's what I heard, I think they still continue to close stores and Giant Eagle should do better they should be expanding and adding headcount
