I would absolutely love to see decisions made by SVP's and HR business partners who do not have any favorites and will take out the trash.
Giant Eagle has lost a lot of very good people because of horrible managers and everyone knows it but SVP wont do anything to stop them.
For the record, Giant Eagle is one of the biggest local Pittsburgh companies and they are torturing their people.
This week people are forced to sit and wait to be collected and, after all that hurt, to be laid off...
