The store on 1294 Burlingame Ave is now closed. I have no idea if that was the only Gap in Burlingame but yeah, it's closed now.

Well, that was certainly quick. Express closed a few dozen of their stores last month. I barely even noticed when my store closed since it happened to fast. Express was really eager to get rid of the stores they considered dead weight.

I used to work at this store. I had a good experience working there and I left due to unrelated reasons, that don't even matter. It's the Gap store in the Gallery at Harborplace on Pratt Street. A lot of Baltimore stores have been closing lately.

It's a pity that their kids' store is closing. The GapKids on the second level of the Arden Fair Mall will close this week on Sunday. Their regular Gap though, the one on the first floor, will stay open. That's good. Small mercies.

It is not exactly clear as to why in South Windsor Gap is closing their Evergreen Walk shopping center store. Even their babyGap store is closing too. Something is just not working for them at that location. I wonder what?

GAP Factory in St. Cloud will close on July 28. Frankly, I'm not too surprised by this. There is such a thing as oversaturation of market. I just feel sorry for the employees who'll be out of job in a few months.

But, that's not true any more. They lost some allure and The Gap is now just 'a brand' - they also do close stores often if they are not profitable, noting bad, but still it's not cool.
