I'm happy to say that Bath And Body Works is doing okay compared to other companies.

Yes it was closed for a time but that didn't last for long. It is open now and you can visit it yourself.

I'm impressed - this store has improved immensely. It used to be terrible but change in management improved things immeasurably.

So nothing came out of it? There were some big rumors floating around a couple of years back that Abilene was about to close but I suppose that idea was scrapped in the end.

I don't get it. Why would anyone love a store with such bad customer service and disorganized items? I only had one bad experience after another at this Bath and Body Works store! It was no shock when it closed.
