Bath & Body Works has cut 130 positions and a lot of them were leadership positions. I will never be joyful when a person loses their job but I'm looking at this situation more positively than usual when it comes to something as serious as layoffs. Since the cut positions were mostly leadership related ones surely this will mean that there will be room for better performance from management and other leaders, yes? Maybe a little shake-up at the top was necessary. Bath & Body Works is in dire need of better leadership and I hope that this will mean a better future ahead for the company and their stores.
