I have mixed, complicated feelings on the Irvine IHOP. When they were bad, they were really bad. But when they were good, they were fantastic. The IHOP at Jamboree Rd would serve the best breakfast in the world - when they wanted to.
Too bad they have closed earlier this year. On a side note, is it just me or have the IHOP in California taken a nosedive in quality in the past few years?
