I don't understand how Pei Wei allows such restaurants to be open for so long. It's good that this one in Waco, TX has closed this week, and I'm not saying this because I'm mean spirited, but 'cause that place was a genuine health hazard.

So many of their restaurants are a health hazard to the public. Can Pei Wei continue to operate like this??
