Looks like that California Pizza Kitchen in Newport Beach decided to call it quits and they left abruptly and swiftly. Can't say I blame them... have any of you guys checked the damn rent there? I would leave ASAP as well if I were them. Not saying the closing isn't sad but... it's understandable.
