Reorganization sometimes is necessary in these retail businesses. You need to keep things fresh to keep up with the interests of the customers and if you fail that, well... we know what happens. Closures left and right. No business wants that. Victoria's Secret has been stuck in the 2000s for far too long and it's time to enter the 2020s.

I don't think that's a fair critique in my opinion. I think that Victoria's Secret is slowly but steadily moving towards a more modern business model. It's not happening overnight but it is happening.
