Since the pandemic began they have permanently shortened hours and now they've moved from a 2 floor store down to 1 floor. When I walked through last week they barely had any shows on display. I've been worried for them.

No further information? No one has been to Saks Utica Square to check it out?

But are they still operating just one of their two floors?
They are still open. I don't think they will be closing.
any updates on this? Are they still operating in only one floor?
It doesn't seem likely that they will close - this year at least. I would be worried too, however.
