Yeah, Plano in Texas lost their Steak 'n Shake a couple of months ago. Their burgers were forgettable but I really liked their shakes. Other than that, the N Central Expy restaurant was nothing to write home about really.

I think they have closed in April or June. If anyone has a precise date of the closing that would be great, but I'm not in a hurry myself since we do know that it is closed for good. Is there any other Steak 'n Shakes in Ocala, FL?

and it's not temporary this time either. This Steak 'n Shake was in a rough shape to put it mildly - and I say this as a fan of the chain. Not so shocking that they closed this place up a little while ago.

Should we worry about Steak 'n Shake closing any of their restaurants soon? They had a lot of temporary closings, but I'm not sure if they will close any for good.

After all these years, people love Steak 'n Shake - why? I have no clue, and I do not care, I know they do not close restaurants and they are still awesome.

AND it was all fine - never had any complaints, money was good. This is in Austin, there are two locations.
