I just can't accept the possibility of Steak n Shake closing in Joplin MO and I hope it isn't one of the 50+ restaurants that is going to close soon. Does anyone know if this restaurant will be closing? God I hope it won't.

Steak n Shake had such a rough time last year. If I remember correctly they closed more than 100 locations in 2019. What about this year though? I'm mostly worried about their Florida location. Will they close any of their locations here?

Will any Indiana restaurants close? What about this one in Lebanon? I hope that won't ever come to pass.

The Steak and Shake at Tanger Outlets North Myrtle Beach is now closed, hate to see it go but it was under poor management and was very dirty. They were there for 15 years. Burgers and Shakes were good but service was slow most of the time.

I have only now learned of the Steak 'n Shake closure on W North Avenue in West Chicago and frankly, that was NOT their best restaurant by a long shot. To be fair, I have not been there in years and they might have improved while I was away.

I have to admit that I am a little sad that the Steak 'n Shake in Ellisville Mo is not open anymore. I had a few gripes with the way they handled some of their business but overall I liked their Manchester Road location quite a lot.

They have shuttered a couple of months ago and it is by no means a shocking thing that had happened. I am only surprised that they have not shuttered even earlier than that. The Steak 'n Shake in Antioch at Target Dr was that bad.

Does anybody else miss this restaurant? Sometimes I feel like I am somehow the only person in the world who liked this Steak 'n Shake, though I do know that that is simply not possible. It is quite the bummer that they have closed.

I am heartbroken to learn of the closing of the Steak 'n Shake in Holland, MI this July. Don't get me wrong, almost everything else that could go wrong with this restaurant DID get wrong but their burgers single-handedly saved them.

That rundown Steak 'n Shake on Fields Ertel Rd in Cincinnati has closed a few months ago if my memory serves me correctly. Maybe they have closed later on even, but people have stopped eating there for a while now, so it doesn't matter. It's gone.

I heard that Steak n Shake have temporarily shuttered in Munhall PA due to unknown reasons, but a few months have passed already since that had happened and they are still not open. This must be permanent then, correct?

It is not surprising that Steak 'n Shake has closed their Lewisville TX restaurant recently, that location was not one of their best - to put it mildly. I liked most of their dishes but eating here just for specific meals was not worth it.

The Steak 'n Shake in Charlotte, North Carolina at Sardis Rd is no longer open for business as they have shuttered their doors a few months ago. I wouldn't count this Steak 'n Shake in my Top 5 Best Eating Experiences. Let's leave it at that.
