I'd pick Rubio. Baja almost folded. Rubio cares more and it's better value for money. I hope they keep opening up restaurants.

Rubio's working really well in Anaheim - the place is minting money and there is a long line for lunch. All three of them - do not trust if someone tells you they closed the shop as they have not. My fav restaurant. I wish them all the best. — read more
