Things are not good, they have difficult time controling the slump - now they want to relaunch the brand but I doubt it'll work well. We'll see what happens but I think it's gonna be hard to recover. We'll see what happens...

They are fine, they rock Pollo Tropical is amazing. They keep saying they want to go to California, wait and see. As of Feb 2017, no location closings.

is that the plan, just close them all? last time i was in one, there was nobody in. pollo tropical is in a serious trouble.

I really have to give them two thumbs up here at Pollo Tropical - I've been in a few Texas and Georgia locations and they are just amazing - keep up the good work and you will never close any stores
