Michaels in Fresh Meadows closed today, I'm pretty sure. A very fresh closure. Not sure why the company chose to axe the 187-04 Horace Harding Expressway store but the choice seems final now.

I guess that after not renewing their lease on the store 3380 E. State St Michaels had to close it... but my question is, why? Why not renew their lease on the Hermitage store? People adored that store before it closed two months ago.

It closed here too. Thought it was worth mentioning. Hate when they close stores though. They should just take care of their businesses better because it sure as hell wasn't the fault of the customers that they closed.

Michaels closed the Columbus Avenue store. Why did that happen? Is the pandemic somehow to blame? I don't understand.

I hope that the A.C. Moore in Waldorf doesn't close but is taken over by Michaels. Make this happen Michaels.

So does buying A.C. Moore mean that Michaels might finally now expand their inventory, meaning they will "inherit" what A.C. Moore had? Hopefully so. Hope this means they can lower their prices finally as well.

This is a bit of a head scratcher. Pennsylvania's Pottstown had lost a Michaels store this May, when they packed their bags and left the Pottstown Shopping Center. I am pretty sure that Michaels did really well for themselves in that mall. I do... — read more 

I still don't get why the Michael's in West Allis didn't renew their lease on the store. It was always busy IIRC and everyone loved it. I always felt like I was going into a magic shop rather than an old regular art store.

I need store hours, now asking if they are permanently shutting this Michael's in Aliso Viejo down. I know some are closing, but just need store hours.

Michaels is closing all of the brand's stores in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia. Another hard pill to swallow.
