not only is their customer service inferior but they don't stand behind their contractors nor the products they sell. It comes from the ceo down to the minimum wage worker in their stores

Chemung County authorities had to intervene in the closure of the Lowe's in Big Flats. I think it was necessary myself. Also I don't get the general uproar about this either. They will reopen eventually! It's only temporarily folks!

So, it's not enough to close the Aliso Viejo Store, now closing Irvine store, the closest store to my community. Shame, shame, shame. Just hire qualified people rather than no nothing mummies and you will do better.

Lowes Rapid City South Dakota store is the best Lowes ever. They almost always have the stuff I need in stock and the staff is so approachable and friendly. I will really mourn if this one closes this year.

We are criminally understaffed here at Lowe's. I wish they would show us some mercy and hire more people so that we can divide the workload among ourselves - therefore we can finally be able to start working more efficiently.
