Louis Garneau is really good and treats employees well. I am not sure if this all what people think but they should be proud if they work here.

Louis Garneau is one of the best managed chains in this space, cycling is huge and it's growing. Hence, no stores are being closed, and the whole segment will grow rapidly over next decade. No reason to fear layoffs and closures.
