I hear there is a plan to add more stores. Do you know when this may be happening?

If Kate Spade gets acquired (see the link below), how will this reflect to store closures for Kate Spade. If some kind of company walks in are they gonna dismantle Kate Spade's management, and are they gonna close stores.
