WHYYY would JoAnn Fabrics shutter a fantastic store like the one on Yorba Lina Blvd?!? I cannot wrap my head around that. Was their rent too high? I can imagine that could be a possible reason for the closing. Still. What a waste.

I heard a ghastly rumor that implied Joann closed in Austin because of underperformance and I just have to say that that's just plainly ridiculous. I have never seen a busier store in my life. Unless thing have changed the last time I was here.

I just loved the Jo-Ann Fabrics store here quite a bunch. I hate to hear that it is now no longer open for business. It was such a pleasure going here to do my shopping back in the day. Sadly I can't do that anymore.

I always believed that JOANN's store at Gulf Center Dr, Fort Myers in Florida was one of the chain's best. I was thoroughly disappointed that they decided to shutter it last year in October. Now that wonderful store is gone.

Round Lake Jo-Ann Fabric store is closed for business and I'm still gutted by the company decision to end their stay here. I know that it had a rough time but if they just changed things a bit in the management maybe it would still be open.

I'm kinda indifferent towards the chain so I was surprised when I learned by first hand experience that this store was fantastic. Maybe I should let my preconceived notions of the company go and shop at their stores more. We'll see.

What a surprise, I tell ya. Joann Fabrics in Carlisle will shutter and they only have a few days left of being open for business. It is the best crafts store in Pennsylvania, hands down. Pretty sad that they are leaving.

I often times feel a bit melancholic thinking about all the Jo-Ann Fabric stores that have closed in the past couple of years. The Jo-Ann store located in Covina was wonderful. No other store could hold a candle to the Covina store.

I am still a huge fan of JoAnn Fabrics and its stores. I took an interest in the JoAnn Fabrics store in Colma especially since the customer service was absolutely delightful. Too bad that they have closed on Colma Boulevard.

I love this store! Will it close anytime soon? Just want to know in advance if anything is planned for this Joann

My biggest issue with this store is the lack of cashiers & the long wait to checkout. The only reason I come to this store is for the fabric, otherwise I will shop elsewhere.

Jo-Ann in Memphis closed a store. The one on 7746 Polo Grounds in Forest View couldn't survive in this retail climate it seems. I must say that it is a shame, all things considered. It wasn't their nicest store but it was still Jo-Ann.

I love Joanne stores quite a lot and nothing will ever replace them for me. No other store can compare or compete with them, none I say. So in turn nothing can nor will replace the Joanne store in Foothill Ranch. It closed and I miss it.

The store shuttered this September. Nothing can be done about it but I can say is that it's just very disappointing that Jo-Ann for some reason choose to shutter the incredibly sweet Jo-Ann store located on 75 Colma Blvd in Colma, Calif.

In my view, what held this JOANN back in this location was incompetence. Their staff was either not trained enough or they didn't care. I am not saying that that's the reason why they closed here, but either way that was their biggest issue.

I have seen no announcement explaining why the Jo Ann in Hemet, Calif. had shuttered. Does anyone know anything about this? It was the store at E Florida Avenue and if I remember correctly it was always a bustling store.

I am not certain if this old news to some, all I know is that it wasn't to me. Not saying I was surprised (I wasn't, this location wasn't their greatest hit), just that I did not know that Joann has closed in Yuma Arizona a couple of months ago.

Are they planning anything with this location? I hope it's nothing nefarious. Joann is an exemplary business and they should continue to cultivate this greatness, rather than going backwards and cutting stores.

This is what happens when you underestimate the importance of good cashiers. I believe the long lines could have been one of the reasons this Jo-Ann in Dublin, California closed recently. It's a pity, I really love Jo-Ann.

Jo-Ann stores are doing relatively well, considering the current state of retail. I just wish they would add more to their selection. I always feel like Jo-Ann stores are missing something. Maybe some changes are in order?
