Reading about all the ones that are shuttering is making me nervous. I would hate to lose our local store.

Is HyVee in Manhattan closing? That is what I am seeing on the web. I pray this is not true!

About 50 people got laid off. More to come. Stores are never safe too.

Hy-Vee will be affected by this. Folks like to shop in small stores now. They need to listen to the customer if they want to avoid MASSIVE store closures and layoffs.

More people are hired by Hy-Vee in Norfolk - that means they are not closing - not sure what you say when you say they are closing

Not closing at all - it's just fine and it's well supplied and very clean. Prices are awesome.
