The Manhattan store within the Trump Building is gonna close on October 9th. Supposedly vandalism and theft were the big issues.

BTW the Duane Reade at 2107 Richmond Rd in Dongan Hills on Staten Island is going to close next week on November 5th. The pr-scrip-ion files will be automatically transferred to the Walgreens at 1759 Hylan Blvd.

Just found out about this. Very sad to hear that Manhattan will see another Duane Reade store leave the neighborhood, this time it's the store on Columbus Ave at 97th Street. It will be closing next month on October 14th.

This in Manhattan - more and more DR stores are closing, this is all because Real Estate is becoming much more expensive
