What went wrong with Wendy's?
The quality of their restaurants is worryingly decreasing. Saggy fries, wrong orders, dirty tables... the list goes on. But it wasn't always like this. Wendy's was amazing in the past.
They should focus more on their locations rather than on their online presence!
My Wendy's is still pretty great though they do have their own little snafus here and there. And I agree with the comment below.
The Wendy's stores in my area around Tacoma, WA are using sloppy construction methods on their hamburgers. I often have to 'rebuild' it before eating. In short, their managers are becoming careless. Also, they are using romaine instead of iceberg lettuce. I'm not fond of romaine. I can't comment on the fries as I seldom order them. On the plus side, I love the free Senior Coffee and the $2 keytag that gets me a free little Frostie.
Wendy's dropping in quality I'm afraid. That makes me really melancholic considering I grew up with Wendy's.

You hit the nail on the head like they really should focus less on their online presence... like what enjoyment do I get from an online "clapback" to some twitter rando? I want good fries for once.
