heard that they hired tiger liquidation to close all stores. layoffs included all at operations employees headquarters. no notice to stockholders or nasdaq that it is ceased operations and closing all stores. . how can they shut down a public owned corporation with no stock holder vote and no bankruptcy? sounds criminal to me. i sold my shares
