Layoffs are on the horizon as the culling of the Last Call stores by Neiman Marcus will probably end up in 750 jobs being cut.
I'm deeply disappointed in this but not surprised. Is it cynical? Perhaps. The company did say that they would focus on more high-end businesses and close most of the remaining 22 Last Call stores. How can I not be cynical?
