I just found out in passing that Party City will close 20 stores before the end of their fiscal year of 2019. I was reading that the Randolph store closed because of a bad Halloween season. When did Party City ever have a bad Halloween season??

I almost went on a tangent there, sorry. I just don't understand how Party City can manage to have a bad Halloween season.
