I can tell you this: A number of years ago, I was employed at an AC Moore in New Jersey. I was a very large, busy store. I was a 'Department Manager'. I had much work to do. I ran floor sales and outside orders, I had to inventory and order merchandise daily, I had to set up and take down displays, I had to unload and bring in new mechandise and set it out on the floor daily and I had to log and account for all of that, daily. I had a lot of experiance in retail managment, before I had worked there. It was every day, that I worked up a soaking sweat while at work. I doubled my departments sales in three months, I was good with the customers... But, every day, I had one or more managers above me, yelling and screaming at me, about something. They were yelling at everyone working there. I had to tell my one manager to stop doing that it was so bad. After about Eight months I couldn't take it any more and I Quit. The manager above me also held up me review and I never received the raise they promised or the benefits they promised to me. It was a terrible employment experience. I went back to visit about a year after that. Out of about 30 people that was working there, all but Two of them also Quit that job. It's no wonder to me that AC Moore is going out of business, it all came from the Top Brass. See you later, Fools...
