Forever 21 has denied that they are filing for bankruptcy this week, but they haven't denied that they ARE filing for bankruptcy. They're just saying that they won't do it this week.
It's obvious that they are struggling. Anyone who tries to say that nothing negative will come out of this situation is blind.
