Ruby's Tuesday closed in Rehoboth Beach this week on September 3rd. No skin off my back though, they messed up my order numerous times. But I still liked their food despite that. Will they be opening another restaurant? I don't think that there are a lot of Ruby Tuesdays in Delaware.
