I was never a fan of their sushi (and I heard the tofu they used was a joke) but everything else on their menu was fantastic, in my opinion. When they shuttered earlier this year it was a great loss in my eyes.
I'm searching for other Salt Lake City Pei Wei's but none of them could replace this one.
