So a brand new Target store has celebrated its grand opening on Sunday in Ocean Beach, California and it already has ruffled some feathers. Many fear that the Target will halt the progress (or worst-case scenario, even close) the small local businesses, while others - including me - believe this is a good step forward in boosting the economy. What do y'all think?
