I didn't shop at this BI-LO store in Goose Creek, SC but I kind of doubt that it underperformed (as BI-LO's parent company said it did) exactly. My friend hung out at that place 24/7, he really liked it. Oh well, it's closing anyway on August 19 (perhaps even earlier if they sell everything in their inventory).
