The Cheesecake Factory's working environment is kinda unique. I've never met people so passionate about their jobs like my co-workers were at our Cheesecake. I didn't mesh well with the working culture myself so I left (I'm not used to working in chains), but my time working there was really positive. I would recommend to try applying there if you can.
