Is Anthropologie shutting down any of their locations this year. Should I worry that my Anthropologie will be gone by the end of summer?

If they are closing, I doubt that they will do it so soon - you're worrying they might do it this summer, don't think that will happen. Perhaps next spring (if it will happen at all).
By the end of summer? No. In general? Ehhh... maybe? There haven't been any troublesome signs that could show us that Anthropologie may be closing stores. So for now, you can relax.
