It's true that I never liked Brooks Brothers' subpar customer service, but their stores were always a delight to behold. There's just something... nostalgic about them that I simply can't put my finger on it.
It's the same with the store in New York's Financial District. Poor service, but the interior is so nice. A shame they have closed now.
