The store is awesome. It was doing a lot of business, probably the best store in Anchorage.

As a kid we'd go see Santa there - I guess my children will not be able to do so. Big loss.

Wow. That is sad. It's been around since I was born, I think. Or at least since I can remember. I have so many memories - Easter fashion shows, cider at Christmas, the Nordstrom Santa.
I never seen so many adult people cry - and they cry over Nordstrom closing in Anchorage. Oh, my...
