A real pity to see the Genghis Grill leave Lubbock like that. They were open there for ten years before they closed last week on June 8th.
I liked their menu. I'm not used to such food so it widened my palette and I can appreciate different dishes more now. I would like to see them open again here, but I don't think they will.
