I've seen that the Denny's closed there as well. Perhaps there's a connection between those two, maybe both Pizza Hut and Denny's couldn't afford to pay the rent and that's why they closed around the same time?
Anyway, that Pizza Hut at 1345 Fairport Road in Perinton, NY closed recently and has a "for lease" sign outside the building, so don't plan on going there to eat.
