We stopped at this location yesterday and waited 2 hours and never got our food. Approximately 30 other people didn't get their good either. They waiting only on drive thru people. They ended up with all customers screaming for refunds which after about 20 minutes he came and had refund everyone's money. They absolutely had no idea how to make the food or follow ticket numbers or anything. I have never seen anything so bad in my life anywhere anytime. Several people called district manager. This place should be closed!!!
