Thread regarding Cabela's in Hoffman Estates

I was in the Cabelas at Hoffman Seates where I have done a LOT of business over the years. I took a very nice gun to the gun Library to sell, as I also had another gun shipped in from another Cabelas store that I wanted to purchase..the very nice person in the gun Library who I talked with and I came to an agreement on a trade in price, and I agreed to purchase the gun I had shipped to your store. Guess what?...computer failures and I could not either sell or buy a gun...they could not take any money from me, or complete anything.....so I wasted a couple hours......then when they said call us later, and see if we're up and running...and when I did..nobody answers the phone....it rang literally 60 times, I hung up and tried again....let it ring 100 times.....wow.....if you're not going out of business you should be, and who every runs your IT operations needs to polish up their resume
