major staff layoff! 5 full time (10-18 years ) employees gone in one day! Now morale is flat lining & great people leaving for better, stable well paid jobs Can't see how store can recover hit to talent pool & trust. Plus poor San Diego store looking very old & scuffy- no maintenance often translates to closing soon.

That's what I'm thinking too. Loved working with great team for many years - new corp management not trustworthy. I have NO confidence store will be here in 2019.
