Why was the Applebees on Old Hickory Blvd closed? A friend and I ate there on Wednesday, May 24,2017. We went back on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 and it was closed. Why? This location was very convenient for me . I could pick something up on the way home from work or meet friends there. I really liked the calorie listings for the meals.
The sign on the door suggests going to the Thompson Lane location. That definitely is not as convenient and that area is "questionable" at best.
Please consider re-opening this location.

That store was busy all the time. We ate there every week. No excuse for closing this location nor the one on Harding Place. I think Applebees is going out of business!!!
I noticed it was closed yesterday. By the way, Thompson Lane area is not questionable. It's fine. You'd be safe to go to that Applebee's.
This is true.
The closed as the store was not making the regional numbers - there is a profit number they needed to hit and it was not happening.
