Ex employee was let go for speaking out about autism and vaccinations while eating lunch through a training session. The company felt like this should be talked about while off the clock and decided to send me home during the training. The excuse of not completing two more hours of the training to release me from employment instead of allowing the time to be made up or released since cutting on the floor 3 months prior to this training any how. I worked in Colorado Springs for 1 years and did the exact same training. The trainer was extremely unprofessional and arguing with me while eating my lunch and the company still has her for a trainer.
