Thread regarding Versona

I like this store Look forward to visiting . The only problem I have encountered is most Accessories they only have one of . I’ve wanted several different items , but in last year tight budget constraints . I decide which item I can Get with intention of returning for other wanted items & gone ! The employee said no worries we can always order another for you. . Not the case . They’re sold out 😳. I call corporate C. S . They won’t look for it or ship from another store location , not set up to do that is what I was told . Not at all accommodating to the customer which is unfortunate . I really had heart set on a particular clutch for outfit , it was perfect , but at time of visit could only get one item . When I returned for my fav . Gone . Very unusual policies . Thankyou , Linda
