But look, what's going on with the industry. Sports Authority closed, now Sport Chalet closed over there in California, Gander Mountain is closing many stores as well and may go bankrupt (check out posts for them on this site, there are 100s of reports about store closures) - so what's to be done here. Things are not good.
Scheels should focus on quality of customer service and they should continue to train folks on how to deliver stellar customer service - that will make all the difference.
