My JCPenney once existed in a mall and I went there a lot. They they left it and opened a store at some newer outdoor strip center. I've been there exactly two times. I still prefer the mall but now this one is a joke. Nothing to do there now but eat limited food and get my driver's license renewed. Target used to be at that mall as well and I loved it. No, they just HAD to pull up stakes and move to some lifestyle place that takes me longer to get to.
