JCP, you are dying, as are many department stores. Perhaps you should try something radical. Start selling an Ivanka clothing line. Start selling Trump books, socks and tee shirts. Set up a patriot section selling American Flags, as well as jigsaw puzzles and coffee cups emblazoned with West Point, the Naval Academy, the NYPD and the Twin Towers. Have a Conservative book section. Have a natural clothing section featuring leather, wool, mink and fox. Have a gender specific bathroom policy that is also don't ask, don't tell. If nobody looks out of place, nobody is going to care... but if someone is up to something, they can and should be detained and questioned. Try something none of your competitors here in Henderson are doing and see if you can draw in a market no one else is targeting. A market of hard working, law abiding citizens.
