These store's and ceo's run their companies like id–ts and one wonders how these clowns got their jobs. Went to Kohls and a J.C. Penny's stores in Florida in Novmeber to buy sandals and bathing suits and they had Zero in stock. I asked for the manager and he said they do not make any decisions rwgarding stock, its all done by corporate. Asked if he could get them in a week, I was told no. I said your in Florida, it's 85 degrees and will be for quite sometime. Nothing changed. Plus they had winter jackets as heavy as you would wear in Minnesota.
Also at J.C. Penny's wanted to buy some St.Johns Bay shorts with an elastic waist band that you can just use a tie cord sown into the shorts as I hate belts. They had none in the middle of the summer. I asked why and they said they were not going to handle them any more. I said isn't this a big mover because when i come in you can see they are selling. I was told once again they had no control over their own inventory and could make no decisions. They deserve exactly what is happening to them.
